Medical Assistance to Mr. Mohsin Khan 27 years old. He was suffering from Lungs Tuberculosis and was under the care of Dr.Nitin Jhende. (JJ Hospital) He was admitted in JJ hospital on dated January 2012 and was provided medicine through our NGO. He is recovered and now on usual routine.
