IMPORTANT NOTE – Following conditions will NOT be eligible to Donate Blood:-

1. Symptomatic Patients (Cold, Cough, Fever, etc.)
2. Individuals who are on medication to control their medical condition/diseases (Diabetes, BP, etc.)
3. Person who has consumed alcohol previous day.
4. Pregnant Woman.
5. Below 18 Years.

On the Day of Blood donation, Please

Be prepared: by having plenty of liquid 24 hours before blood donation, specially warm water.
Eat well: Make sure that you eat something 3 hours before donating blood.
Drink well: Have 3 glasses of water or juice, 3 hours before visiting the blood donation centre.
Bring ID: Please bring at least one form of Photo identification.(Aadhaar card, driving licence ,etc.)
